What’s an E-Consult Ticket?
E-Consults are the backbone of E-Connectioneer. They allow us to efficiently answer marketing strategy questions, and they allow you to ask us in a way that’s convenient to you (no more phone tag).
What Can I ask in an E-Consult Ticket?
You can ask us any business strategy related question. We will either have an answer or research an answer. You can also bounce a marketing idea off of us, ask us to proof a blog post or web page for SEO, or ask us to evaluate a quote from a marketing firm for value.
What if You Can’t Answer My Question?
If we don’t resolve the ticket, we won’t count it against you! Also, we may sometimes take your topic and turn it into a tutorial (without your information of course) for the library, in which case we also won’t count it against you.
What is the BookShelf?
The BookShelf is an ever-growing collection of how-to videos, reviews of the newest technologies and marketing trends, exclusive research, mini applications, articles, and more. It focuses on marketing, but often delves deep into business management and even lifestyle tips.
